|

|
|
The heritage of
the original species of vine, imported by the hellenic

Spaccata. Old farms, roman wine-cellars, grottos, necropolis
and consular roads will be the stages of a tour that leads to taste

"Pizza
and Mandolin"
|
|

|
|
Nobody
can leave Naples without
tasting the Pizza.
Its origin still remains a mystery, but we can surely say
that the most famous Pizza
Margherita was born thanks to the fantasy of the neapolitan chef
Raffaele Esposito, who cooked, for the first time, a pizza
with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese calling it “Margherita”, in
honour of Queen
Margherita di Savoia. People
that still follow the tradition in preparing the pizza are fews;
that’s why you will have the chance to taste the traditional
pizza, also by learning its preparation, at a typical restaurant,
where you will also listen to the wonderful music of neapolitan
mandolin and the songs that date back to the oldest times.
